This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices and data handling policy for EasyeSale and its services. EasyeSale provides technology and services that enable companies to use online marketplaces to maximize sales, inventory yield and manage multiple marketplaces on a centralized platform. EasyeSale is committed to maintaining the privacy of all users of the Site (each, a “User”). This Privacy Policy describes the EasyeSale practices for gathering, storing, using and disseminating information, including personally identifiable information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We only collect the data that is needed to fulfill orders. We will not sell or rent any of your information to anyone. We do not use any third-party application so your information is not shared with any third party outside of our company.

EasyeSale will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete and current.

Removal of Personally Identifiable Information

To ensure that personal data is kept for no longer than necessary, the EasyeSale deletes personally identifiable information data within 30 days.

We take precautions to protect your information. Your information is protected both online and offline.

EasyeSale treats data as an asset and therefore stores personally identifiable information it obtains using safeguards. These security measures may include practices such as keeping your sensitive data on a secured server behind a firewall, internal reviews of our data collection practice and platforms, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store your information.

Your information is always encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also encrypt and protect your information offline.

DO-NOT-TRACK; THIRD PARTY TRACKING

Unless your browser settings are configured to make your online activities and publicly available information about your online activities invisible to usage analytics tools, we do not presently have the capability to omit you from usage analytics to the extent your browser only sends us a “do not track” message and does not otherwise screen you from tracking without any action on our part. Third parties do not have our permission to track which websites you visit prior to and/or after visiting our Site. That said, we cannot control all third-party tracking, and there may be third-party tracking without our knowledge or consent.
